This sentence seems like not complete (as well as its translations).
Wrong translation (of the original sentence in Japanese), I would say.
彼らは should be 彼らが, but otherwise the translation is correct.
The Japanese might be called a sentence since it ends with a period. It doesn't sound really good to me, but I'm not sure if there's any justifiable reason to delete it.
How about this?

tommy_san could then either adopt and correct the Japanese to something that makes sense, or delete it.
Then Selena777 could leave a message on the Russian translation suggesting it be deleted, if it seems incomplete.
... or do a rewrite.

Not only the Russian sentence is incomplete. I can't say anything only about the Japanese one, is it good or not. There are also the Ukrainian sentence and the Esperanto sentence. They both are translations from Russian and they are incomplete, too.
Should we delete all of them?
