Is a second 'with' missing?
What does the Japanese mean exactly?
君の意見に賛成です means "I agree with you." I don't understand what もうけの部分を除いて means. It might be an idiomatic phrase that I don't know.
I think it might mean: "I agree with you, except for the part about the profits". That would be 儲け. For example, one thinks the profits will be 30 000 yens and the other thinks they will be 20 000 yens. What do you think, tommy_san?
"the margin" was supposed to mean "profit margin". I think that would be "利鞘、利益幅, 利益率, マージン in Japanese.

-> "I agree with you, except for the part about the profits."

Hmm, maybe, maybe not. (I'm not very familiar with business Japanese.) Anyway, I don't think it's really profitable to try to interpret those (probably) not-so-good sentences. There are lots of other things we can do.
I'd also like to advise you not to translate an orphan sentence or to say that an English sentence matches the Japanese unless you're pretty sure that the Japanese sentence itself is very good.
The administrators are planning to divide the corpus into several parts and all the unreliable sentences will go to the "untrusted" part of the corpus. Though it might take years for that to be implemented, I believe that in the long run, the best thing we can do now is to add and traslate as many good sentences as possible, rather than try to deal with weird sentences deriving from the Tanaka Corpus. I do appreciate what Alan is doing and you could join him if you want, but, to be honest, I'm not really eager to help interpreting Japanese sentences that don't sound natural to me.

As I told you earlier, my personal wish is that you translate more Hebrew and German sentences into English. Especially, our German-speaking contributors have been adding a great number of nice original sentences. Unfortunately, many of them remain untranslated. If you translate some of them into English, they could be translated in lots of other languages in turn. They're wating for you! ☺

Okay, I'm abandoning the cleanup effort. I will send the three of you a private note about this.
