Dieses "ganz" ist für mich zweideutig. Es kommt auf den Zusammenhang und die Betonung an, ob es "sehr" bedeutet oder eher einschränkend gemeint ist.
Ja, ja, ich bin (eh) ganz glücklich, (aber ich könnte noch glücklicher sein).
Analog:
Es geht mir ganz gut = halbwegs gut, aber eben nicht sehr gut"

Vielleicht ist das eine regionale Interpretation.

So ist es. Diese Gedanken gingen mir durchaus durch den Kopf. Aber ich dachte, dass ich es persönlich wohl so sagen würde als Äquivalent zum englischen Satz.

Einladung, die alternative deutsche Übersetzung einzusetzen!
