To me, the idea being expressed in this Japanese sentence might have found place on a résumé, so it might be natural to change the English sentence to:
I'm quick to adapt to changing circumstances.
According to this website, it is a regular occurrence in Japanese grammar to omit the first-person pronoun, or at least to avoid its excessive use when the identity of the speaker can be assumed:
