Не, правилото е след "съм" или пълен член, или нищо, например:
Той е убиец.
Той е убиецът.

Грешно: Той е убиеца.

Не знаех, благодаря за ограмотяването. :) Все пак, някои правила наистина ми изглеждат безумни. Излиза, че е правилно да се каже: "Крадецът е чужденецът"! :D
