Jes, mi konas tiun kazon.
Tamen, tio dependas de la frazo kiun vi tradukas, kaj de la kunteksto. Ĉi tie ne devas ekzisti iu elemento de surprizo, kiu rajtigus la komon; la frazo estas traduko de la Esperanta varianto, kaj tie oni ne vidas iun ajn elementon de surprizo, aŭ de emfazo, kiun substrekus eventuala komo. Krome, ankaŭ en ĉiuj aliaj frazoj ne ekzistas komo kaj ne ekzistas iu ajn emfazo de la tempo, kiam li estis en Londono.

Laŭ mi, la komo devas havi iun rolon. Ĉi tie, laŭ la originala frazo, iun apartan rolon oni ne vidas. Kion vi opinias?
