"changed sparked" doesn't make sense.

"Mr" also needs a period.

"sparked by" means "caused by", it is the translation of kikkakeini. It is a bit clumsy but still grammatical English. I have rewritten a little.

IMO, it's not quite right. You need a noun or a verbal-noun before "sparked/caused by".

You can't say "I fell, caused by the icy sidewalk." You'd have to say "My falling was caused by the icy sidewalk (the sidewalk being icy)."

I don't see how a verb can precede "caused/sparked by"...

Actually, no, nevermind. I thought about it, and in a way it does make sense.

Although, I think that it would sound much, much, much better if "sparked by" was followed by a noun (i.e. "sparked by the meeting..."). But no, the current version is grammatical, I think.
