Didn't understand the meaning of the sentence. Does it make sense ?

Thanks Geez and CK. "slow of foot" is not very common, although it ha been used by such authors as Jonathan Swift. I think it is analagous to "fleet of foot", which is old-fashioned but more common. I will change it to something simpler.
