Si Nancy est bien une fille (et selon moi c'est une fille ^^) alors c'est "fatiguée".

Par exemple tu dis "Nancy a l'air méchante" et non pas "Nancy a l'air méchant".

Uhm pourquoi il n'est pas accordé avec "air"? En italien c'est comme ça :S

Parce que le verbe c'est "avoir l'air". Par exemple si tu le remplaces par "sembler" :
=> Nancy *semble* fatiguée.
=> Nancy *a l'air* fatiguée.
