If it is a U.S. rather than Oz cat, it is entirely fine in pajamas.

Thanks. I wasn't aware of the different US spelling. :)

(I won't adopt it as I'd spell it the Oz way.)

Also I don't think we use such a saying here (at least I haven't heard it). We do say "you look like the cat's that got the cream" for someone who looks extra pleased with themselves.

I've never heard it.
