I prefer the first one I wrote "うっとおしい" individually because this is a colloquial expression and the way I pronounce. I think it is the same thing as English native speakers often write "I wanna" instead of "I want to" according to its pronounciation.

Still I understand what tommy_san says. This is one of the frequent mistakes and literally incorrect, that's true.

So I changed it to "鬱陶しい", because written in Kanji, it can be read any way you like. Moreover, this messy kanji is really bothersome and perfectly suitable to express annoyance, isn't it?

We sometimes write うるさい as 五月蝿い as well. Because it seems to be annoying.
