@CK: I think it should. If someone was listing off numbers in a dialogue in a book, there would be a period at the end. It may not be necessary if nothing comes after it, but I think it's good to keep for consistency.
For example, you could not write something like this:
"One, two, three, four See, I know how to count!"
Shouldn't we get rid of such non-sentences as soon as possible?
Ĉu ni ne liberigu nin de tiaj ne-frazoj laŭeble baldau?
My personal opinion is that it's useful to have all the numbers in one place, regardless of whether it's specifically a sentence or not.
