それぼくも考えたのですが、ちょっと意味が広すぎるんですよね。「社員が2人休んでいるから」などという「理由」も答えになりうることになります。
「何が」というのは「何をしていて忙しいのか」という問いなので、できればその方向に限定したいのです。
