I am pretty sure it isn't exclusive to Chilean Spanish.

Parece como si "donde" funcionara como una preposición.

Sigo sin entender la declinación pronominal [tú > ti].
"Iré donde tú." podría ser una alternativa coloquial abreviada a composiciones del tipo:
Iré donde tú (vas/vayas; estás/estés; dices, digas; quieras ...).

@morbrorper a veces se usa así en lenguaje coloquial, pero nunca lo he oído seguido de "ti"... lo que sí he oído es "voy donde mi hermano" por ejemplo para decir que voy a casa de mi hermano.
