@Pfirsichbaeumchen, Google Translate translates the Japanese as "There was a lot of dust in the shower." Is that accurate?

No, that doesn't match at all. 😊

It means, "In/through the (sudden) shower (of rain), the dust has lain down (so it isn't whirling around any more; it's wet, so it's out of the air)." I'm not quite sure how to say it in English.
