Fieber hat meist keinen Artikel auf Hochdeutsch. Ich habe Fieber.
Ich würde zum Beispiel so sagen:
Nachts habe ich Fieber. Ich habe Fieber in der Nacht.
Was ist denn eigentlich Deine Muttersprache, Max?
I believe the word "fever" has no article in English as well - it should be changed to "I have fever". What say you?
I pondered on this too.
It seems "a fever" is more common.
