Je pense qu’il n’y a aucun intérêt à aller à l’école si c’est pour remuer le couteau dans la plaie. ならどう思いますか？

うーん、il n’y a aucun intérêt というとちょっと言いすぎかもしれません。
日本語の文は学校に行く価値がないとは言っていなくて、辛い思いをして【まで】行く【ほどの】価値【は】ないという意味です。「まで」と言っているので学校そのものの価値は認めています。学校で得られるものと、学校で味わう辛さ（聞き手は例えばいじめられているのでしょう）を天秤にかけて、それならば行かなくていいと思う、と言っています。

まあ si とあるのであまりずれてはいないのかもしれませんが、ちょっと失われてしまっているものがある気がします。

まだなんとなく違う気もするのですが、まあとりあえずこれでいいでしょう。

Je pense pas que l'école soit si important que tu doives y aller même si c'est trop pénible. (?) みたいな方向性で何かできるかもとも思いましたが、かえってずれるかもしれません。
