I'd suggest saying "every two weeks" or "twice a week."
This way the sentence wouldn't be ambiguous.
(Perhaps that's the reason the word "biweekly" isn't used so often in English.)
Biweekly is here intended to mean, "Occurring once every two weeks." The word may also mean "occurring twice per week."
I had no idea there was a difference in usage here. Thank you for pointing that out, CK. I tagged the sentence.
Odd. I've never actually heard it used to mean anything other than "once every two weeks." My dictionary agrees with you, though. Perhaps it's used more frequently to mean twice per week in the UK due to the common use of the word fortnightly there? I will remove the tag and edit the prior comment to reflect the intended meaning. Thank you.
Done. Thanks.
