To be changed into "Ho qualche libro inglese" (in the sense, "by English autors") or into "Ho qualche libro in inglese." (written in English language).

If you want to say: "I have few English books" I think it's better "Ho pochi libri inglesi" or "Ho pochi libri in inglese".
