Why?
"Anything that is under CC-BY is compatible with CC-BY", right?
I don't see that anywhere in the article.
It must be theoretically possible for us to use CC BY sentences.

The only (and a grave) problem is that this last sentence doesn't match the reality.
Yes, and "Anything that is under CC-BY is compatible with CC-BY." I quoted it from the same page.
