I added the English variant:
You have to change the word order.
My original sentence was "One has to change the word order", but I changed it to the current wording.
Would you say the current English variant (with "You have" etc.) is a proper rendition of
Man muss die Wörter umstellen.
?
Definitely :)
Afaik “You have to ...” is much more often used than “One has to ...” which sounds more »Germanic« or sterile to me.
Just looked it up in Google:
“You have to ...” gets about ten times more hits than “One has to ...”.
Thanks. I'll change my sentence accordingly.
