Is it "more often" or "once more" "(once) again?

None. It says the person would like to go to the sea more (times).

Then it should say "more often".

FYI: I took this sentence from Duolingo, so it is probably natively acceptable.

As a native, I can tell you that "I would like to go to the sea more" is a perfectly acceptable version of "I would like to go to the sea more often". However, we should not be taking sentences from Duolingo.
