The first Japanese one is not a literal translation of the English phrase.「ドアは夜間にロックされています。」would be closer to the following: "The door is locked in the evening", or, "The door is locked at night".
The second Japanese phrase (with the numeral 9 in it), is the best translation of the English phrase.
