I'm translating into Spanish*, too, but Japanese is a lot less common and that's why I'm currently using it more.

*I corrected the Spanish phrase in the comments, so a moderator or the original poster has to modify it. :)

As for the phrase, there are several websites that have it, and some translations differ. If there's no official translation I doubt it's copyrighted.
