Non, pas forcément. Sans contexte, ça peut être la sœur de n'importe qui.

On ne dirait pas cela en français. On préciserait de qui est la sœur.

Si vous avez les moyens de prouver que cette tournure n'a jamais, dans toute l'histoire des Lettres, été utilisée, je vous écoute. En attendant, je persiste à penser que ma traduction, d'un point de vue littéraire, est légitime. Le seul point que je peux vous accorder est qu'à l'oral, il serait effectivement plus naturel de préciser le lien de parenté. Seulement, rien ne nous dit ici que la phrase japonaise est plus orale qu'écrite.

Votre tournure impliquerait la situation suivante :

Il y a là plusieurs sœurs et qui ne sont pas les siennes, et il emmène la cadette.

Je doute que ce soit le sens de la phrase que vous avez voulu traduire, car bizarrement, ce n'est pas ainsi qu'elle est traduite en anglais.

C'est possible, mais j'en doute...
