It is not anout chinese word. you know the Uyghur is ethnic Turkic people living in China. The original form of "uyghur" is "Huzdghur"(1200- 2000 years ago). In (Chinese)Tang dynesty, they call and wirte "Huzdghur" as "Huihe", because, the Chinese language is so rough that they cant pronouncate other foreign names originaly, example: all the world say AMERICA, but chinese say "MEI GUO". later on, the Uyghur king asked call themselves as "HuiHu", so the Tang chinese changed for "回鹘".
now, the Uyghur people pronounciate themself as "Ooi-ghur", not like chinese "Weiwuer". the chinese language unable to pronounce "ooi-ghur"
Personally I don't have such a limited view on what constitutes as sentence (as far as Tatoeba goes). In this case I think it could stay as one example of how to include pronunciation guides to words. In other words
Uyghur ==> Delete
Uyghur (pronounce as "Ooi-goor") ==> Keep (but tag as non-sentence)
Note that I suspect that it is not a good match to the Chinese entry (no 'pronounce as' bit). So it needs a @translation tag

But still "Uyghur (pronounce as "Ooi-goor")" is not a sentence.
Tatoeba keeps sentences, not words, even if they are interesting.
Can you make a sentence?
True, we have so many Uyghur experts on Tatoeba, 3 moderators to hunt them seems to be a minimum...
