FeunDRais, would you be object if I started decomposing your tags manually?
Then they will belong to me though. :]
Honestly, Dmtrius, I don't care. You can do anything you like with them, since it doesn't look like there's going to be much purpose for grammatical tags in the near future.
For the moment, I've stopped tagging my Uyghur sentences based on explicit/implicit and person. Maybe I'll come back to it if there's ever a need, but for now it's too time consuming, and I doubt that it actually benefits anyone (the transliteration would be a much greater benefit to focus on, IMO... btw, did you send sysko the file?)
(I’m not the one to blame your nick is so hard to remember. :P Can you give me some mnemonic rules? What does it mean anyway?)
OK, I've started decomposing them.
I haven’t send the Uyghur transliteration code yet because
a) I still haven’t coded Cyrillic conversion yet ;)
b) Uzbek is still not working well, so I think we have to fix this one first to get rid of all the bugs
(Feu = Fire, D = de = of, Renais = Renaissance = Rebirth... it's high time you learned French :-) (it's a reference to the phoenix)
b) do we know why Uzbek isn't working?
AHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
原来如此!
I don't know. Actually, sysko only reformatted my code: broken the long line into lots of small ones.
I don't know why it turned out like this.
Everything works fine in my test transliteration tool.
嗯,仅此而已。
@sysko
> 原来如此!
Wo bu mingbai le.
Maybe I should re-send you the Uzbek code?
But why is "е" being transliterated as "ye"? Wouldn't that just be from a typo?
@Demetrius, for the Uzbek transliteration, I'm really sorry but for some personnal reason I will be out of tatoeba some weeks, so don't know if I will find time to correct it myself, if you have check out the svn of tatoeba, I've integrated it in /app/model/sentences.php , if you send me a patch, I think I will have at least the time to change it.
Where in China are you going to be, sysko?
@Demetrius: http://tatoeba.org/eng/sentences/show/523605
@sysko:
OK, thank you. I don't think this needs fast action anyway, and I doubt I'll learn how to use SVN soon. ;)
If I have 2 weeks, maybe I'll even do Uyghur pinyin...
BTW please delete this clone account. ;)
They block you too, huh?
No, I didn't want to show I'm logged in ;)
> No, I didn't want to show I'm logged in ;)
At this rate you might as well just start singing "The Lurkers Support me in Email"
> The Lurkers Support me in Email
I can't get what it means. :o
