Au Canada français on dit "école secondaire" pour "high school" c'est à dire pour les enfants agés de 15-19 ans. Si je ne me trompe pas "école supérieure" c'est une institution au niveau des universités. Peut-^etre "lycée"

oui de mes souvenir de cours d'anglais en France, on traduisait "high school" par lycée.

et oui en France (autre part je ne sais pas) on utilise "supérieur" pour qualifier tout ce qui est après le Bac , l'enseignement supérieur , "être dans le supérieur" etc.
