In Chinese we usually don't use 这 to refer to people, so I think "我是布赖恩·罗克" would be better.

如果是指别人的话，我觉得用「他」会比较好些。「这个人」是十分常见的说法，但单用「这」一个字，听起来就有点奇怪了。
