Je pense que c'est plutôt « de pouvoir vous connaître » car en italien il s'agit de la forme du « vous de politesse » à la troisième personne.
(sous réserves, je ne suis pas italophone natif)

J'ai traduit cette phrase italienne avec la deuxième possibilité française (connaître >elle<, une troisième personne qui n'est pas présente).
La première possibilité (celle que tu dis) est dans cette phrase: http://tatoeba.org/eng/sentences/show/484678 qu'il faudrait (je pense, vérifie toi aussi) corriger.
Quand mamat aura corrigé l'autre phrase, je pourrai la lier à la phrase italienne :)
