「忙しい」と stressig は大分違うのではないでしょうか。

今忙しいのです。→ I'm busy right now. → Ich bin gerade beschäftigt.
しがし、使い方は違います。
ただ人の様子を表す言葉です。
「仕事がbeschäftigt」の表現は使えませんよ。
それから、ドイツ人が忙しくて、いろいろな用件がある時は「Stress」か「stressig」と言ます。
「（いろいろな用件がありますので）stressigですが、したら嬉しい。」も言えます。
つまり、直訳ではありませんが、同じな感じだと思います。

But the usage of “beschäftigt” is different. It can only describe the state of a person. You can't say: “Work is beschäftigt”
That's why Germans talk about “Stress” or “stressig” when they are busy and have lot's of things to take care of. It can actually be used to say: “It's somewhat stressig (because I have so much to do), but I like doing it.”
To sum it up, it's not a literal translation, but I think it has the same feeling to it.

Aber „beschäftigt” wird anders verwendet. Es berschreibt den Zustand, in dem sich eine Person befindet. Man kann nicht „Die Arbeit ist beschäftigt” sagen.
Darum reden Deutsche von „Stress” oder „stressig“ wenn sie viel zu tun haben und “busy” sind. Man kann sogar „Es ist etwas stressig (weil ich so viel zu tun habe), aber ich mache es gern.” sagen.
Fazit: Es ist zwar keine wörtliche Übersetzung, aber ich denke es drückt das Gleiche aus.
Oder meint ihr ich liege da falsch?

Also wenn man sagt, dass die Arbeit stressig ist, bedeutet das nicht, dass man bei der Arbeit unter psychischem Druck steht, sondern einfach, dass man auf der Arbeit viel zu tun hat?
