Does "[he] will be punished" contain the connotation from:
罰せられるだろう
What meaning does 「だろう」add?
The だろう adds the nuance of "it seems". Often used in Japanese to soften sentences. I'd not necessarily reflect it in a translation, but here I have added it to make it clearer.
