I think either
"There's not a cloud in the sky."
or
"There are no clouds in the sky."

would be more natural.

Even if they are linked, Italian is the second sentence and French the first one. So, I propose to insert both and link/unlink the right sentences.

空に雲ひとつありません。

is more the first,

空には雲がない。

is more the second (but could be either, I guess).
