"langue-pont", alors. Mais dans tous les cas, ce n'est pas très beau ni très compréhensible en français. Le français, contrairement à l'anglais, l'espéranto ou l'allemand, ne permet pas l'apposition de mots pour en créer de nouveaux. Ça sonne vraiment bizarre à l'oreille...
Il est nettement préférable d'employer un adjectif, du type "Langue intermédiaire".

En langage parlé quand j'emploie langue pont, tout le monde me comprend, je reconnais que par écrit cela semble encore un peu curieux, je me suis rallié à votre dernière proposition, qui me parait d'autant plus judicieuse que l'Eo et l'allemand exprime clairement l'image du pont jeté entre les langues.
