pronunciation and meaning:
隻 zek = a numerary adjunct
貓 maau = cat [猫]
拗 aau = scratch [引っ掻く]
我隻手 ngo zek sau = my hand [私の手]

I guess when expressing this sentence in Cantonese, there is no need to use past tense (拗咗 scratched). Perhaps, we may say like "隻貓拗咗我隻手一下/幾下" which means "the cat scratched me one time/ serveral times".
