@Goofy : ロンドンから signifie "de Londres/à partir de londres" je crois; Dans un commentaire posté sur la page de la phrase japonaise je me demande ce que défini ce ロンドンから : le livre ou moi qui le commande. Je suppose qu'en proposant "à Londres" tu as choisis de comprendre que c'est moi qui me trouves à Londres et non pas le livre qui en vient.
Est-ce qu'il n'y a pas une ambiguïté malgré tout ? Ambiguïté qu'il me semble se retrouve dans la traduction anglaise, et que j'ai conservé en utilisant "de Londres", même si c'est vrai qu'en français on comprendrait cette formulation plus comme "Je suis à Londres d'où j'ai commandé un livre".

oui, c'est ambigu.
En français aussi du reste "J'ai commandé un livre à Londres" peut signifier :
1. Qu'on est hors de Londres et qu'on envoie une commande à un fournisseur londonien
2. Qu'on est à Londres au moment où l'on commande (adressée n'importe où).
Je n'ai pas de moyen de lever l'ambiguïté sinon en fabriquant deux nouvelles phrases
