The german and french sentences indicate "old or sick", not "disabled", so they should then be changed, because it doesn't make much sense anyway...

"old and sick" would be seen to be at the very least impolite in current English, especially in what seems to be a sign on public transport.
Next time I'm on the bus I'll see what the sign says.
