When exactly do you use 'ustedes' in Spain?

Shishir Shishir May 14, 2021 May 14, 2021 at 8:45:21 AM UTC link Permalink

we use it as a plural of usted, so to show respect or in formal environments. We would never call ustedes a group of friends or family members for example, but we might use it for our in-laws if we want to show respect towards them.
