The x2 of {tavla} is the listener. You can't talk to English. You need to use either {bau} or {fo} (x4 is the language).
Also, languages almost always use {lo}, e.g. {lo glibau}. And in this case, I think that {lo} makes a lot more sense for {nu} also.
Thanks zifre. {fo} is right but for {le} and {lo} we might enter in endless debate :)
I noticed that you changed {le nu} to {lonu}. Ironically, I changed all my sentences from {lonu} to {lo nu} to be more consistent with all your sentences, and because I guess it might be easier for beginners.
I generally use {lonu} and other compounds like {la'edi'u} in my writing, but I think we should have some standard on Tatoeba for which way to do it. I don't really care which way though.
