"lo re bruna cu mutce simsa" ---> simsa ma? This sentence doesn't correspond to the English source, because it doesn't show reciprocality (you'd need {simxu}).
"The two brothers are very much alike." could then be translated as {lo re bruna cu simxu lo ka mutce simsa}. :-)
(Note: simsa has two ce'u, so the explicit version is {... lo ka ce'u ce'u mutce simsa})
