Does this sentence make sense?

Not to me.

a head of glass => a house of glass
(it was probably a typo)

He that has a house of glass must not throw stones at another.
Plus the comma is not necessary in the above sentence.

Probably taken from this text book:
http://books.google.be/books?id...0glass&f=false

Thanks. I stand corrected, then.
By the way, the comma is still not necessary, is it?

I don't think so. But I'm a poor non-native ;-)

It's probably meant to be:
People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
(I can't read the translations, apart from the German, which matches this.)
The equivalent of this is already there.
