Lacking a subject, this is not a sentence. Also, a "the" is usual. Let's change this to:

Is the Esperanto also not a complete sentence?
If so, maybe we should delete this series and you could start a new one with "We're keeping up with the Joneses."

Thanks for flagging this, CK. Yes, the English is a fragment, but the Esperanto is in fact a proverb: "Like one (has it), just so with us." (We want the same things our neighbour has.)
I think we should, then, delete this one, and let you add a better English translation to the Esperanto.
Does that sound OK?
