In Mandarin, 小王 (Xiaowang) is used to address a person surnamed 王 (Wang) who is younger than the speaker. I don't think that simply transliterating this constitutes a good translation. Maybe someone who speaks French can suggest a better expression.
Alternatively, since this would require changing a large group of linked sentences, we could pretend "Xiaowang" itself is a Chinese name (maybe 晓旺) and simply unlink the Chinese sentences.
