I wouldn't link them myself, but maybe others would. The Korean sentence would be equivalent to the Japanese if ありますね was replaced by ありませんね. I feel they convey similar ideas, but since there are better ways to translate from the English (replacing 없지 with 있지), I personally wouldn't link them.
