I'd like to know the meaning of the final question mark. Does it work the same as Tag question ", don't you?" e.g. it's nice out, isn't it?.

Yes, could this work like a tag question. (You bought the ticket for the train, right?) It would then be equivalent to, but less formal than, the version with "did" (Did you buy the ticket for the train?)
