Is this okay as it is or does it need to be changed to “I’ve had it up to here with him”?
Maybe “with that guy” would be a better match.
If the Japanese sentence is about the speaker being angry with him:
I'm up to here with him!

I’ve had it up to here with him!
which means "I've had enough of him!"
