I agree with Nero. Also, I don't think the comma is really necessary.
Hmmm ... am I just misremembering, or has CK removed his comment about “He who...”? With that, I think the comma would be fine.
Furthermore, I don't think this is quite equivalent to the sentence linked to this one: “Who seeds wind, shall harvest storm.” Perhaps unlink those?
