「毛唐」is a bad word.
Please correct it to 「外国人」.

Of course it's a bad word. It's an insult from 2ch. It's also a direct quote, so I'm not going to add the subject (although it would probably not be anything as polite as きみ or あなた).

The main idea of Tatoeba:
When you search for any word, in any language, you get a sentence.

So we need both good and bad words.

In the future, we will have a option to hide bad sentences. They will be have a special tag in the database. And children will not see them.

Sysko and Trang work on tags right now.

Sorry it makes you sad. Soon it will be changed.
