「毛唐」is a bad word.
Please correct it to 「外国人」.

And I think it's better to add the subject 「あなたは」or 「君は」.

Of course it's a bad word. It's an insult from 2ch. It's also a direct quote, so I'm not going to add the subject (although it would probably not be anything as polite as きみ or あなた).

I'm verry sad.
I don't want to see such a bad word as a Japanese.
