It's a report title. And, again, I don't see anything wrong with having examples in this style (although appropriate tags would be helpful).

Then just add a 'non-sentence' tag instead. You get exactly the same ability to find them later and don't sound as if you're actively advocating their deletion.
Besides which, 'delete' tags last only as long as a sentence is being considered for deletion. After a couple of weeks either the tag goes or the sentence goes - so nothing is saved for later review.
