Re-instating the deleted English translation of the Japanese sentence. It's being used in dictionary apps as examples. Incompleteness is not grounds for deletion.

I've fiddled it a bit. It's a prime example of 更々ない.

It has quite a variety of meanings. The EJs often say it's "リセットする".

I think it can in some contexts but in a sentence like that it's pretty opaque. I'll try a more appropriate version.
